The Ohio Heritage Conference Fine Arts Festival, a one-day event to showcase high school bands, choirs and visual artists, will take place Thursday, Feb. 26 at Cedarville University. Students and teachers from seven high schools - including Cedarville and Jamestown - participate annually in the festival.
